When was Ultra Amusements founded?
Ultra Amusements officially launched in 2021, but our roots go back to 2006 with our first vending company, Craneum Vending. We’ve been in the trenches for nearly two decades.
Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in West Haven, Connecticut - with all parts stocked and shipped from the U.S. for fast delivery and support.
What types of customers do you work with?
We work with arcade owners, vending route operators, first-time buyers, and even home users. Whether you're running one machine or 100, we’ve got your back.
Can I visit your location or see the machines in person?
We operate online but can arrange private showings or walkthroughs by appointment. Just reach out and we’ll make it happen.
