• Products are typically shipped after the down payment and shipping cost are paid in full.
• The remaining balance (if financed) will follow a schedule agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
• Orders may be delayed if shipping payments are not received promptly or if information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Ultra Amusements is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers, customs, weather, or other force majeure events.

It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or corrections after shipment.

4. Warranty & Support

All machines include a 1-year warranty on parts due to normal wear and use. This does not cover vandalism, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Replacement parts are available for purchase even after the warranty period ends.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a return, contact hello@ultraamusements.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Custom or modified orders may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be issued only after inspection and do not include original shipping costs.
